Estimated delivery time is 7-8 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping
method and destination.

Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by
customs or shipping carriers.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return Pick-Up and Processing
You may return the original product within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

The MRP tag must be intact and visible.

Complete Product:

All accessories, freebies, and combos should be present.

 

Unused Product:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with quality check seals/tags intact.

Undamaged Product:

The product and packaging should be undamaged,

without any scratches, dents, or tears.

If any of these conditions are not met,

the return will be refused.

No refund will be entertained to any customer if the customer has already

done the exchange once on that product.

General Return Rules

In case a replacement is not possible, a refund will be provided. For open-box deliveries, if a different or damaged product is received, you will be eligible for a refund. However, once accepted, no returns will be entertained except for manufacturing defects.
