Refund Policy

Orders placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours of placement.

WhatsApp us at 7003343663. Upon cancellation, the refund will be processed

within 48-72 business hours.

Returns:

Our return policy allows for exchange, replacement, or refund

Non-Returnable Categories:

Some products may not be returnable due to their nature or

other factors. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility.

Return Pick-Up and Processing:

You may return the original product within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Complete Product:

All accessories, freebies, and combos should be present.

Unused Product:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original

condition with quality check seals/tags intact.

Undamaged Product:

The product and packaging should be undamaged,

without any scratches, dents, or tears.

If any of these conditions are not met,

the return will be refused.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected by the seller. The mode of refund may vary depending on your original payment method:

For Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking

please allow 10-14 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

For UPI refunds

the credit should reflect within 24 hours.

During peak seasons processing times may

extend to 15-18 business days.

No refund will be entertained to any customer if the customer has already

done the exchange once on that product.

General Return Rules

If a seller cannot process a replacement, a refund will be initiated.

For open-box deliveries, returns will only be honoured for damaged or incorrect

products before acceptance.
